  • What wellness services do you offer?
    At Under the Oaks, a variety of private practitioners provide services such as therapy, intuitive life coaching, nutritional counseling and more.   • What are your event pricing options?
    Pricing: Every event is a special celebration, and we know each one is unique. That’s why we take the time to create a personalized experience and quote just for you. Below are some of our standard pricing options to help give you an idea of what’s possible—but if you have something different in mind, we’re happy to work with you to make your vision come true. Elopement Under the Oaks $250 — One hour of private venue use for the couple and witnesses. Chairs included. Micro Wedding Under the Oaks $500 — Private venue use for 1.5 hours for the couple plus up to 24 guests. Chairs included. Intimate Wedding Under the Oaks Ceremony Only $750 — Up to 80 guests. Chairs not included. Ceremony + Reception $1,300 — Ceremony and reception for up to 80 guests. Includes 7 hours on the grounds for decorating, festivities, and cleanup. Cocktail tables, rectangular tables, and 6 round tables included. Chairs not included. 4-Hour Party at Under the Oaks $550 — Up to 50 guests. Chairs not included. $800 — Up to 80 guests. Chairs not included. A quick note: Chairs aren’t included in some packages but can be rented easily through our preferred vendor. Just ask us for details! Booking and Payment: To save the date: To secure your date, we require a $350 deposit, which will be applied toward your total balance. For bookings made within 60 days of your event, a deposit equal to 50% of your total event rental fee may be required, depending on the scope of the event. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. Security deposit: Depending on the size and scope of your event, a security deposit might be needed, but don't worry—it’s fully refundable as long as everything’s in tip-top shape after your event. We’ll do the inspection either the same day or the next, and you can expect your deposit back within 3 business days.
  • What event amenities and services are provided by the venue?
    Under the Oaks is an event venue where we provide the space, and you bring everything else to make your occasion perfect. Space: Enjoy 2 acres of natural beauty. Parking: Parking available for up to 30 vehicles, with coordination support from the Under the Oaks team as needed. Photography: A variety of photo opportunities, including under a chandelier hanging from an oak tree (available upon request), a pergola for ceremonies and photos, and a beautiful rock formation. Amenities: You'll have access to a clean, well-maintained restroom. We also provide trash cans and handle all trash removal at the end of the night. Depending on the scope of your event—and for an additional fee if applicable—we can assist with hanging draping on the pergola or oak trees and hang our chandeliers off our oak trees. We’re here to help bring your vision to life safely and beautifully. Bridal Suite: For an additional fee, we can provide a tranquil room inside our wellness center for use as a bridal suite or for other needs. Catering: Outside catering is welcome. Community: We’d be happy to connect you with our amazing preferred vendors, whether you need an officiant, photography, tables, chairs, or anything else.
  • What are the rules and restrictions of the event venue?
    Like everything at Under the Oaks, we’ll customize a plan that fits you and your event perfectly. One of the best things about our venue is its versatility—you’re free to decorate in your own style (within reason). Safety is our top priority, so we do not allow bounce houses or any equipment that could pose a risk of injury. To help protect both you and the venue from potential liability, we require event insurance unless otherwise instructed.. You can easily get this coverage at www.theeventhelper.com, and it's available at a reasonable rate. For a quote, feel free to contact them at 855-493-8368. If you plan to have a bartender or sell alcoholic beverages at your event, you’ll need to obtain Host or Retail Liquor Liability coverage. On occasion, we may permit outside alcohol for a simple toast, but all other alcohol serving and service must go through our preferred bartending service, Spunky Spirits. There’s definitely more to consider, and once we begin discussing details and creating a contract, everything you need to be mindful of will be clearly outlined.

Our Story

Danielle and Ron, originally from Boston, moved to Tampa in 2019 to embrace a slower pace and positive vibes. With nearly 20 years of marriage, they are dedicated to caring for their son Aaron, their dog and cat Charlie and Nicee, and their newest baby, Under the Oaks.

Their passion for wellness and nurturing others makes them an exceptional team. They love meeting new people and helping others create special memories, always rooted in love.
